Access follows the company, role and record

Protected requests recheck active company membership and the permission required for the requested action.

  • Current customer, asset, work-order and report lookups include the company boundary.
  • Office and field responsibilities use explicit permissions.
  • A signed-in person without current company membership receives no workspace access.

Private file delivery

Photos, attachments and final reports remain private and use authenticated download routes.

EU-jurisdiction storage

Operational records and private files use storage configured for EU jurisdiction. This storage statement does not claim that all network processing stays in the EU.
